Getting to the root of a problem, the start of a great business. Before you get an idea, you notice a problem, however, you are rarely aware you noticed a problem. What appears to be an idea that popped into your mind is actually the culmination of problem and experience forming a moment of insight. Before you can move forward with your idea, you must first go backward to clearly and comprehensively understand your problem. In this workshop, participants will have the opportunity to dig deeper into a problem using a carefully designed set of questions. Participants will learn the depth which they will need to understand the problems they hope to solve as well as the difference between root causes and symptoms.
